Pulkit Mogra

Pulkit  is a PhD researcher examining predictive policing algorithms and their impact on justice, privacy, and human rights. His work reveals how location- and person-based tools reproduce systemic bias, particularly against racialized communities. He holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from Israel and a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from India.
