Political scientist from the EAFIT University (Colombia) and Master in Comparative and Global Politics from the University of Essex (United Kingdom). He has worked in the public sector in the design and implementation of public policies and in citizen security planning and management processes, as well as the analysis of the environment from the private sector. Between 2020 and 2022 he served as Head of the EAFIT Center for Political Analysis. He is currently a professor and student of the Doctorate in Administration at the EAFIT University
