Storytelling Project - Essay Series

The Storytelling Project is an essay series that shares the lessons, visions, and collective insights that emerged from the No Data About Us Without Us Fellowship, a program hosted by the Edgelands Institute and the NOTICE Coalition. Ewach essay reflects on the organizing strategies, creative methods, and community-based research that shaped the fellowship—offering a deeper look into how movements are confronting digital criminalization in education and reimagining justice through storytelling and collaboration.
Conceived as a living archive, the series invites others to build on this work: to learn from its reflections, adapt its methods, and carry forward its commitment to community-led research and technological self-determination. The Storytelling Project continues to grow through ongoing publications on the platforms of the Edgelands Institute and the NOTICE Coalition, extending the fellowship’s spirit of collaboration and collective learning.
